Difference Between Light And Full Buffet

Summer Latin Cruises has two different ticket selections. The first option is to purchase a ticket that includes a light buffet ($37-$49) and the second option is to purchase a ticket that includes a full buffet($79). The differences are listed below.

Light Buffet :  Burrito ( Beef With Beans Or Beans With Cheese)

• Salsa and Sour Cream and Hot Sauce available on the side
• Latin fusion pasta
• Caesar Salad
• Dinner Roll
• Coffee and Tea

Full Buffet  – Main Entrees

• Burritos ( Beef with Beans or Beans w/Cheese)
• Chicken Quesadillas
• Grilled Latin Shrimp Pineapple Skewers

Condiments

• Salsa, sour Cream and Hot Sauces

Sides

• Latin Rice
• Taquitos
• Taco Chips
• Salsa, sour and Cream and Hot Sauces available on the side
• Latin /Italian Fusion Pasta

Salads

• Sweet Kale Vegetable Salad
• Caesar Salad
• Marinated Corn and Bean Salad

Flat Breads

Desserts

• Served buffet style after dinner buffet
• Chocolate Fountain served with various items including fresh latin fruits
• Flan Cake

Beverages

• Fresh Brew Coffee and Tea ( includes Hibiscus Tea)
