Sales Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred after purchase.
Identification and Entry Requirements
Government-issued photo identification is required for all guests entering the event. The ticket purchaser must be present to ensure their guests are allowed on board. The minimum age requirement for VANCOUVER events is 19+.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that LATIN CRUISES Vancouver and its affiliates are not liable for claims, damages, or losses, including injury or damage to personal belongings, incurred during the event. Participation in the event does not transfer responsibility, liability, or control to the promoter.
Purchase Policy

In the event of unforeseen cancellations, Latin Cruises Vancouver reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its sole discretion. If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.
Entry and Exit Policy
Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests voluntarily leaving the venue or denied entry for any reason will not be eligible for refunds.
Photography Policy
Photographs taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and advertisements. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event photographer during the event.
